I never thought I would have to write a negative review about my experience at this dental office. Unfortunately, my appointment today was very unprofessional and the staff was disrespectful. I had scheduled an appointment for a tooth extraction but the staff never called me to confirm it. So, this morning at 8 AM, I called them to make sure that my appointment was still at 11:30. When the staff answered the phone, she informed me that I had already missed my appointment. Apparently, it was scheduled at 8 AM, not 11:30. I was shocked to know that I had already missed my appointment and I asked them why I was calling them to confirm my appointment if they had never informed me about the change in the schedule. The staff was very rude and showed no sympathy for the pain I was going through with my teeth. She did not care to compensate me for their mistake at all and even claimed that she never told me that the appointment was at 11:30. I was told that there no appt available until April!

Arrived at 11 for appointment and was told my appointment is at 1. Never received confirmation or reminder phone call. Did all the necessary paperwork and gave insurance card and I.D. Arrived at 1:07 and the door was locked, called and was told Dr.Parker was gone. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
