Dr. James Griffith, DDS

Have been using Dr. Griffith for many years and like his approach. He employs top assistants and if there is an issue later on that needs taking care of, he stands by his work and corrects the problems. Very personable and positive. Easy to work with and allows the patient to participate fully in decisions about their health. Always seeks to insure that patients understand what will be done and why. I recommend him highly!

I politely requested, in writing, that my medical records be released to the new dentist of my choice. I was asked several times why I want to change dentist and I simply replied that their practice isn’t for me and there was no harm done. Their policy, per their form, is that records may take “up to 48-72 business hours” to be released. I submitted the form in person on 2/7/23. It is now EOD 2/14/23 and I have still not received my records. They did not provide any updates on the status of my request despite the emails and calls I made in an attempt to get an update in days prior. I went into the office today to ask for my records. When I inquired, the “office manager” told me they would change their policy to 1 week if that would make me happier. I feel I’ve been treated unfairly, disrespectfully, and discriminated against. In my opinion, they should follow their policy and not change it on the spot due to what appeared to be retaliation.

I came in knowing i needed a root canal, but he said I didn’t and only did a crown. It abscessed within a few weeks so I needed a root canal and now the crown had a drill hole.

We’ve been going to see Dr. Griffith for years. We’ve been very happy with him and his staff. He’s done all of my crowns and made it a good experience for me.

Would not recommend. Bad way to do business. On 2 occasions needed root canal after Dr. Griffith worked on me.

I would have rated no stars but it wouldn't let me. I would NOT recommend Dr. Griffith. On 2 separate occasions I needed a root canal after he worked on me. I was in no pain prior to the work he had done. Then he tried to charge me for work that had to be done because of his mistakes. I walked out and will not go again.

Excellent, patient and attentive. I visited Dr. Griffith after my regular dentist retired and his practice was taken over by a franchise that was less than honest. I am so pleased with the services I have received from Dr. Griffith's office. I have problems ambulating on occasion, but they never fail to treat me with respect and offer top-notch treatment. I have been with him for about two years now and highly recommend this office.

I have been going to Dr. Griffith for more than 10 years. I have nothing but rave reviews. He is a very busy man and sees many patients per day, that being said he does not do idle chit chat . he does his job. Excellent front desk staff and as well, hygienists. I have moved 1.5 hours away and am not comfortable changing dentists. Great facility with state of the art capabilities. They make their own crowns! no second visit!

Worst experience ever! Went to get a filling done. Small procedure he destroyed two of my teeth in the process. Made me pay for extra services that i didnt want done and tried to sell more unecessary procedures. My jaw doest close correctly and my tooth that never hurt before is in so much pain now. Im rquesting my money back so that i can go and fix his mistakes. Took $600 on unecessary cleanins ist to fix one small filling.

This dentist doesn't know what he is doing. I had a crown done. Before my permanent crown came, the temporary crown fell off three times within 2weeks. It cause so much pain for me. My husband went to get a filling. The filling changed his bite. He said my husband needs to go through a surgery to correct it. As a dentist, filling is the simplest procedure and he couldn't do it right. They will put charge on there without informing us during teeth cleaning, such as fluoride. Avoid him if you can.
