If I could give less than one star, I would. I never understood why some people “hate the dentist” until this appointment. I have sensitive gums and politely asked Dr. Renee Yurovsky if she could be a bit more gentle, as she kept hitting my gums while removing plaque. Instead of adjusting her approach, she reacted unprofessionally—storming out of the office and refusing to complete my treatment.

I visited a different dentist in the suburbs today, and the experience was night and day. The care was so gentle and considerate that I barely even noticed I was getting my teeth cleaned. Patient care should always be the top priority, but unfortunately, the disrespectful and demeaning behavior I experienced at this office was unacceptable.

Dentist is rude, has a nasty attitude . I have been a dental patient with many dentists thru 50 years . Never encountered such an unpleasant and mean person. My son & I are getting out of this practice effectively today. She has an unknown issue which is evident and extremely unprofessional.

Also tried to sell “gum replacement “ which I do not need and has been proven to ineffective on my 1st visit. I dreaded going there even for a routine cleaning every 6 months. There are a ton of dentists in CC , avoid this one. I’m looking forward to a friendly and professional dentist taking care of my beautiful teeth .

The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Please avoid this clinic at all costs! From the moment I booked my appointment, the receptionist was shockingly rude and dismissive. I should have known then to stay away, but unfortunately, I went ahead. The dentist was completely unprofessional. I went in to fix a small chip on my front tooth, and she did the worst job imaginable. Instead of a smooth, subtle fix, she slapped on two bulky, rough pieces of composite that completely changed the look and feel of my teeth.

As soon as the numbness wore off, I realized how uncomfortable it was — my lips were constantly rubbing against these huge, jagged edges. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the moment I ate something, the color of the composite changed! I called the very same day, extremely upset and uncomfortable, only to be met with even more rudeness from the same receptionist. The dentist herself refused to even speak to me or help fix the issue. They took my money and refused to answer my calls. This place is an absolute joke. Poor service, terrible attitude, and even worse dental work.

I regret ever stepping foot in this clinic. Save yourself the trouble and spread the word. Nobody deserves to go through this.

I've been a patient here for more than 10 years, and have always had a good experience with care, billing, and the general kindness of the staff here. I don't love going to the dentist as a rule, but they've gone a long way to make it a friendly place.

Any time I've needed an urgent appointment, a referral, or a check on work done, they've worked to get me and take care of me in a really fair and timely way.
