Unfortunately there is no -5 stars . This place is the worst . I didnt want to post a review but this place deserve a (-) 5 star. I went there for 2 crowns. I was told . I will receive it in less than a month . 3 and half months later and i still didnt receive it . I called them , they told that they tried to reach me once i didnt anwser. They scheduled me for saturday 12 pm . Btw everytime i go there. I have to wait for an hour. So when i got there at 12 pm. I waited until 1 pm . And asked to be rescheduled . 1 of the front desk told me , someone just finished . Can you you wait 10mins. After 10 mins , they took me in a room that was not cleaned . I could see the equipment with blood in it. 30 mins later a doctor came in. I told him look there blood 🩸.

He said “ yeah that was supposed to be taken care off before you come in” He didnt do nothing about it. His assistance was trying to put that tube in my mouth. I stopped her and left. Oh he tried first to fit the crowns and didnt fit . He said because its been 3 months. I told them i want my money back . They asked for 1 more chance . So they schedule me for a different day. When i went , they office was closed , i called , one of the agent lied and said i called you yesterday . I told him no you didnt . So i asked : did you leave a voicemail . He said yes. So i knew he was a liar because my voicemail box is not set up because i Switch my phone service a week prior . He told me we will schedule you to go to a different office and someone will call you soom . Its been a week and nobody calls. I will try one more time to get my money friendly. I also have picture of the equipment with someone else blood. Be careful going there . If you have to go there Pay attention to the following and you will know what i m talking about. - change gloves .

No they can go outside the room and comeback with same gloves and continue working in ur mouth. - check equipment and see if its really clean . - doctor should not touch anything when working in your mouth. You will see doctor open drawer , check computer keyboard and comeback and put hand in ur month. ( if equipment is not clean . Do you think they clean the drawer handles and keyboard) i dont think so. So please , i recommend you dont go there but if you have to go . Pay attention . Your health is more important than anything else. People that work there are nice but the service needs improvement a lots of improvement . There was 1 doctor that used to work there , she is caring, take her time, and do a great job. She s clean . Dr . priyanka but unfortunately she is not working there anymore. ******* update: Its been 5 weeks Each week i call . They tell me someone will call / contact you within 24 hrs - 48 hrs . And nobody contacts me .

If I could give 0 starts I would. This is not the same dentistry practice!! They have moved locations and changed owners /dentists without any acknowledgement to their patients of years literally went to the wrong location just to find it boarded up. This is not the same dentist or staff and they use a call center to make all appointments which no one is answering.

Find a new dentist this is a different dental practice that clearly bought the name/patient list in some shady back alley deal.

First time at this office and I was a little irritable due to the uncomfortable feeling I was having with my tooth. The staff made me feel better while still being professional. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing to me Before she did it and everything that I need done. I recommend this office as I will return there myself.

The GOOD Meow

Dr. Rebecca and the staff at American Family dental care always make me feel like family when I walk through the door! I simply can not say enough GOOD things about this place and these people. Kind, courteous, professional, and a super clean office. THANK YOU for giving me something to smile about this year!
