My daughter went there for dentures. The first appointment she drove 45 minutes ( one way) to the office and they told her she had to come back the next day!! Drove another 45 minutes up there got the scan done waited 3 weeks to hear back from them. She called them finally and the woman who answered the phone said the scan never got put in the system! She had to drive back up there another 45 minutes (one way) trip to have another scan done. Now when we call their because it's been over 2 weeks and we still have not heard anything.

The lady who answers the phone is the rudest B word I have ever encountered. She does not even ask for your name she just hollers rudely at you that they will call you when it comes in. How about last time it never got put in the system so if my daughter hadn't called she'd still be waiting for something that was never going to come!

Dr. Dan did a bridge on me on feb 4, 2025! He was so amazing, guided me through it explaining everything he was doing! Made sure I was numb enough before starting ANY part of the procedure! Was so kind, & gentle during the entire process! It’s now been a full night since I got my bridge, I woke up with zero pain or soreness whatsoever anywhere in my mouth etc, hands down the BEST dentist I’ve ever had the honor of going too:) Rachel is also the most sweetest & funniest hygienist ever! Im usually terrified of the dentists office, I’ve had 1 procedure done through them so far, & I have a few more that need to get done & I will not go anywhere BUT woodland family dental! My first ever procedure (my bridge) was so smooth & simple, I’ve never been so comfortable & relaxed while having dental work done! Dr.

Dan & his team, keep up the great work! You guys are amazing, thank you so much for helping me😁

Worst provider I have heard of. They love to send messages that they need to reschedule, but can't do so for many months. Today they rescheduled, and said they can honor that appointment in 9 days. I am not holding my breath. Update, they did honor the appointment, but that will be the last visit there for my family member.

Would never recommend this dental office! My daughter has been in so much discomfort since going there, keeps screwing up her crown placement, doesn’t fit right, then it dug into her gum, causing more pain. Went to get a new one put on, and after waiting in the office, was told she has to come back, because her crown never showed up and wasn’t even there! Then no call back to reschedule.

I don’t care if you’re one of the only offices that take state insurance or not, you don’t treat patients like that! Very unprofessional!!
