Crooks. They refused to see me for a dental emergency. No longer going to them any more. I wasn't going to say anything, but sometimes things happen for a reason. Last year I went to them for a split tooth and needed a root canal and crown.
I often wondered why they were doing cleanings and conditioning other teeth and not spending any time with the split tooth that was infected. I called a couple weeks ago needing a tooth fixed that too was infected. They tell me that I still owed them when I paid them in FULL with 1 payment a year ago that they can't help me. After being inconvenienced to find another dentist, It dawned on me why they did what they did last time. Looking back, I realized that when you go in for a bad tooth, they soak up your insurance to the max with maintence for every other tooth and cleanings and office visits.
Then when your insurance is tapped out then shift their focus to the tooth that you NEED fixed and leave you with a $2000 bill for a crown. Crooks. Refusing to see me in a time of need left a bad taste in my mouth about Park Dental. AVOID THEM!!!!!!

I love going to Park Dental Dr Langguth is the best he took me on as a patient when my other dentist transferred the hygienist are super nice I hardly feel like I'm having dental work done would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist

I refused X-rays because I had just had that to a specialist dr Patterson sent me to. Patterson insisted I had them before I got my teeth cleaned and argued that I did not have them! I was so flustered and angry! Then a big moth from the front desk screams in that I had insurance and it would be paid for! Wel I got a bill because I had just had them. Because of lack of communication in the corporate Park Dental office I got billed.
I called three times. The doctor Patterson said she was not going to lose that money out of her pocket. Instead she wanted my money! Corporate dentals are a scam! Rip insurance and working people from money! That’s why it is so expense for insurance! Here is one big example!!!!!!!!!!!by Patterson and Park Dental!
