I found Whiting Dental Studio about a year ago when I moved to Alexandria and needed a new dentist. I was told by several other dentists that I would need traditional braces to fix my crooked teeth and it would take 18months to 2 years. After meeting with Dr. Kumi, he convinced me that all I needed was Invisalign and I couldn’t be happier.
I’m surprised by how great it’s been working! My teeth are nearly perfect and it’s been less than a year. I have a few more months to go but the results are phenomenal. He explains everything to me very well and has made my Invisalign and dental cleanings a pleasant experience. I’m so appreciative.
I can’t mention this place without mentioning Teresa as well. She’s always so positive and sweet! She assists Dr. Kumi in my dental exams, helps me schedule all my appointments and she helped me battle my insurance company when they had my wrong date of birth and were denying my claims. I’ve also seen a couple other dental hygienist/assistants and everyone is great! I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful exceptionally professional experience I was very nervous But the doctor Was amazing and kind and patient. I had no pain during the procedure and I have no pain afterwards and I am so happy. I am going to recommend this dental office to everyone because this is the best experience I have ever had in a dentist.😁

I can’t explain how amazing the staff is. The moment I put a in a request to get a phone call for cleaning and Invisalign. I got a call in the next business day and they made sure to get me in ASAP! Every staff in the office is professional, greet you with a smile, friendly and respectful. DR made sure I wasn’t in pain when he did my fill ins and cleaning. I love how he didn’t try to sell me on toothpaste when I told him what works for me, Thank you DR.
Usually going to the dentist isn’t my thing, however I can’t wait to come back for my six months cleaning. 100% recommend them. Oh and they are super close to my home. See you then! 😊
