I am a RN, new to this city. They knew nothing about me when I called West Valley Dental with the worst toothache of my life. I Was seen on the same day and my problem was extensive. I had the best care of my life. EVERYONE there is amazing, kind, professional and caring.

As a nurse I understand that this level of extraordinary care is, unfortunately uncommon. I will be going back as long as I can and I will be referring everyone I know. I am forever grateful.

Broke a tooth in a sharp piece like a dagger was cutting into my tongue. The dentist grounded off smooth pain was relieved instantly didn't charge me a dime who does that? Thank you so much I would recommend you to anybody

Oof

Moved from out of state. I am neurodivergent and did not feel comfortable here. The Dr. turned away from me while telling me all I needed done on my teeth. I was keeping eye contact and then he just turned away and never looked me in the eye again while telling me what work I needed which was very expensive and sounded fake.

When I had my cleanings done; the hygienist kept laughing every time I spoke. When taking x-rays, they had me bite down on the device with no plastic coverings. I don’t trust this place.

I would like to highly recommend the team at West Valley Dental. Doctor Luong is extremely knowledgeable and runs an office that is happy and enjoys making the patients feel valued and relaxed. The office has the state-of-the-art equipment and all the gadgets to make the procedures easy to get through. Dr. Luong checks throughout a procedure if you are doing okay or feeling uncomfortable.

The hygienist (Erin) is so great at cleaning my teeth and enjoyable to converse with. She also is very knowledgeable about anything I ask. The staff at the front desk are also so welcoming and smiling all the time when we see them. The front staff has also walked me through any expenses I might have to incur for a crown as example (have had a couple so far). They always ensure I understand all the finances and I have never had an issue with the numbers not being accurate.

Additionally, they are very accommodating with last minute changes in appointments or emergency issues (Husband had an old crown break and they put a temp in ASAP). My family goes to this office as well (for the past 1+ year) and we will only go here because of their care, knowledge, and great attitudes towards us.
