More Than We Expect

Overpriced for absolutely NO REASON. They shave/file your teeth BEFORE the completion of your treatment after fixing a simple spacing issue, just took the drill and sanded my wife’s teeth straight across like some Temu dentures. She feels that her once beautiful teeth has no personality and doesn’t fit her face now. She hated the experience but since then has booked an appointment for porcelain veneers in Atlanta which will take place this April.

I hate we even ran across these guys and underdog assistants. I wouldn’t send my dog here.

I began Invisalign treatment under Dr. Glassell and paid $7,000 for care that was supposed to address not just cosmetic alignment but also jaw issues, an overbite, and nighttime teeth grinding. From the start, Dr. Glassell seemed confident that the treatment plan would help with these concerns, and I was told I would receive a properly fitted night guard at the end of treatment. Midway through my care, the office relocated, and Dr. Simon became involved without any prior notice or my consent. I was not informed that a second Orthodontist would be participating in or overseeing my treatment, which felt like a clear lack of transparency and disregard for patient autonomy. At my final appointment to receive retainers and the promised night guard, I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a healthcare setting. I mentioned that two of my bottom front teeth were still pressing slightly against each other—very minor, but worth addressing after paying $7,000. Dr.

Simon dismissed it and responded, “The only person who will know about it is you and me. ” He also refused to provide the night guard I had been promised, instead telling me to see a general dentist. His demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. The assistant working with him was unfocused and, frankly, rude. She poorly cemented my permanent lower retainer, failed to cut the wire correctly, and left a piece of metal sticking up past my tooth. This resulted in a deep laceration on my tongue that made it extremely painful to eat or speak. I couldn’t eat solids for over a week. When I went back to have it corrected, they merely trimmed the wire and glued over the existing retainer, which didn’t hold. The glue came off again within two weeks. I then made a separate follow-up with Dr.

Glassell to address the night guard. The one I received was too loose, and it caused a slight misalignment in my top front teeth. I returned again to report this, but they refused to correct the issue. At that point, I gave up trying. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. After investing significant money and trust, I expected a higher standard of care, transparency, and professionalism. Instead, I was left with unresolved issues, physical pain, and permanent results that fell short of what was promised.
