Nothing but awesome things to say about this office! The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The dentist, Dr. Rouse, is compassionate, gentle, and overall amazing.
He takes time with his patients and explains everything that he is doing. He had the most gentle technique while performing my fillings, from the numbing to the actual procedure itself. He took his time and did a great job! Overall a great office! 10/10 would recommend!

I visited Watermark Dental West for the first time yesterday. The office is very clean and inviting. The staff are professional and kind. The flow of the office seemed smooth and organized. This is my new long-term dental office. Highly recommend.

Been using this company for years. They have always done quality work for me. The only problem I've ever had was when i lost my insurance because of a job loss. The price they charge the insurance company no longer apply. They jack the price up so high that it becomes unaffordable for the average person.
Even with their discount it is unaffordable. I can not understand how it matters who is paying if it's insurance or a normal person, unless your getting a kickbacks and/or bribes from the insurance companies which is supposed to be illegal. In any case my guess is everyone is doing this but it is still not right. One should not feel coerced into buying insurance in order to get the same price the insurance company pays.

Great small practice. Low traffic, get seen quickly, professional staff, great dentist and dental assistants. I used to use OSU faculty dental practice but I realize now how much quicker it is to get in and out of a small dental place like this. Dentist has always kept me numb even during my first root canal. Did two crowns that are going good. 10/10 would recommend.
