I needed to have my dental bill divided into data procedures and prices, as per my insurance for a refund for out of pocket payment. I call Veneto dental care and ask to speak with Rosie. She was always so friendly and welcoming and pleasant to speak with on the phone or in person. I spoke with Rosie telling her what I needed and she said she will take care of it.

Within one hour the info that I needed was on my PC. It is so pleasantly comforting when someone makes a promise and keeps it. This is the reason I am telling you who Rosie is. Thank you Rosie

Honestly the best place dental care and patient service ever. My husband is how I found out about this place; after already having bad experience with a dental office-Veneto took me and gave me the best care ever. All of the staff make you very comfortable and assist you in reaching your smile goals.

I have turned down great out-of-state job opportunities because I prefer to finish my treatment and remain with Veneto.

I retired and my Family Dentist doesn't take Humana so I went for a check up and cleaning at Veneto D. After check up and cleaning I was told I needed to replace two crowns and needed a root canal, I had no symptoms so I called my Family Dentist for his opinion, he advised me to call Veneto office and request that they send the xrays from my check up to him, when I called Veneto I was told that I needed to pick them up in person, when I went over I was told that I needed to $25. oo for the records I did and took it to my Family Dentist, the xrays were all in an envelope no markings indicating what tooth or molar my Dentist was looking at, so he had to figured out what he was looking at, when he was done he said my crowns were good and no root canal was needed.

When I received the monthly summary from Humana I noticed that Veneto submitted a charge for gum treatment that I never received because I didn't need it. Insurance fraud and I was told I needed work that I didn't need. Please go for 2nd opinion if you are told that you need work done and verify charges.

I have been going to Dr. Henao for almost ten years now, and the only way I'd switch dentists is if she retired. Since retirement is many years down the road, she's stuck with me. 😁 She's down to earth, really sweet and patient, and she and her staff treat you like family.

I actually look forward to seeing everyone when I go in the office. I trust her and I trust them with all my dental challenges. ☺
