Services provided at UF Health Hialeah Dental Center include: General Dentistry: Routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings. Preventive Care: Diagnostic services to prevent dental issues. Emergency Dentistry: Treatment for urgent dental pain or swelling. Endodontics: Root canals. Implant Dentistry: Placement and restoration of dental implants. Orthodontics: braces and Invisalign. Periodontics: Treatment for gum disease. Pediatric Dentistry: Specialized care for children. Prosthodontics: Fixed and removable prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, and dentures. cosmetic dentistry: Including teeth whitening and veneers. Because it is an educational institution, fees at the clinic are generally more affordable than those at private practices. The clinic accepts a variety of insurance plans, including many group and managed care plans, as well as Medicaid. The clinic's mission is to provide excellent care while giving residents valuable clinical experience, serving a crucial role in both community health and dental education.

Hey as of today your phone number is not working. It doesn’t even ring. Tried over 10 times. Please give me a call back —— Also even when the phone does work, it’s near impossible to get ahold of anyone. So it’s incredibly difficult to update or cancel appointments (though you continue to fine patients for missed appointments that aren’t pre-cancelled)

I went in with a huge amount of pain and they fit me in and went above and beyond! Another dentist told me I needed a root canal but I don't have insurance so I came here and it turns out I do not need a root canal so it was actually a great thing. They really took their time to make sure and find the issue. Thank you so much! I will be a customer for life!!!

It is so unfortunate how this place has become. The most horrible attitude from the receptionist and the office manager. I was asking a simple question, and they have such the worst of attitudes, and she even said she'd call the police on me. What kind of business threatens their customers in such a manner. A bunch of uneducated entitled people who don't care about people, so why work with people. I love this place and I always tell everyone about it.

But the office workers here are completely ghetto. They're just sitting talking about loudly about personal things, and it's just super ghetto and not how a business is run at all. As a patient who values transparency, accuracy, and respectful communication in medical settings, I find this experience wholly unacceptable. It undermines the trust and confidence that patients like myself should have in your practice. Literally here in the front to ask a question, and I'm being ignored, and she answered the phone 🙄

It was my first time visiting UF Health Hialeah Dental Center, and I was welcomed with such compassion and care. I had been experiencing excruciating gum pain, and by incredible luck, they were able to fit me in that same day! Now, I recommend everyone make an appointment in advance. Don’t wait for an emergency to see them, because they’re truly exceptional. I was treated by Dr.

Andre Agama and his team. I left feeling relieved and grateful, and I look forward to continuing to support the wonderful people who make this place so outstanding.
