So it’s incredibly difficult to update or cancel appointments (though you continue to fine patients for missed appointments that aren’t pre-cancelled)

I went in with a huge amount of pain and they fit me in and went above and beyond! Another dentist told me I needed a root canal but I don't have insurance so I came here and it turns out I do not need a root canal so it was actually a great thing. They really took their time to make sure and find the issue. Thank you so much! I will be a customer for life!!!
