We loved everything about this office for nearly twenty years. We even paid out of plan since we had a great hygienist, solid office staff, and Dr Learry was wonderful. They were all our children knew. But with the change over, and a new front office staff, we are done.
I called for a simple billing question because my charges seemed high and found out I was additionally charged $50 for a cancellation fee for my other child. Now, I completely respect the need for cancellation fees, but I was not told this at all at the time I called, and had I known this, and that it was so high, I would have made my daughter skip her major school exam. The front desk person was oblivious to my frustration, failing to even recognize that this wasn’t communicated to me at the time of cancellation. We then went ahead and cancelled all future appointments and switched dental offices.
The front office didn’t even care that they were losing a longtime family. My recommendation- please hire someone more attune to deal with patients.

Took back me immediately upon my arrival and Performed a thorough dental hygienic procedure. Immediately after my procedure I had a smile make over consultation with Dr. Harrison. We agreed on the treatment plan for a smile makeover that I am thrilled with. The service, the cleanliness and efficiency of the office and of the warm nature of the Doctors and staff is excellent.

The staff were very kind and diligent. Mrs.Veronica and Dr.Harrison explained everything very clearly . I’m glad I felt comfortable and welcomed since it was my first visit .The office is super clean and highly tech oriented. I loved it!
