I want to thank the front staff, hygienist/ technician (not sure what they’re called at the endodontics) and Dr Reddy Manda. I had my appointment on February 1st and from the moment I opened the door, I felt seen and valued as a patient. I didn’t feel rushed and the front desk person took time to explain what needed to be done. When I went to the room and sat on the chair, I was engaged in warm conversation and given clear directions. And Dr Manda was superb, he patiently tested my teeth, asked probing question, gave me current information and future expectations for my teeth.
I hope, I don’t have to have future work done but in the event I have to. I won’t hesitate to visit this office and staff again. They made an otherwise anxious moment memorable.

I went in for a root canal and the experience was pain free; I didn't even feel the needle. The front desk receptionist was very polite and accommodating, the dental assistant was super cool, and Dr. Mann had me in and out without any discomfort. Not bad for a root canal 😁

It has become the norm in society, to arrive for appointments, and be told to wait for upwards of 30 minutes. At my delight, I was seen at exactly 10:00, as scheduled. Having a root canal done, there was no discomfort, the dentist was endearing, and it was pain free. Before I knew it, the procedure was done.
The staff members were professional, the endontist was an expert in his field, and I even appreciated the music choice being played in the office (70s and 80s). This visit was by far the best dental appointment visit I have had over the years. My experience was a positive one, and I can't thank the staff and dentist enough for considering their patients schedules, and being so attentive to patients needs.
