Best Dentist I’ve ever been too, I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past but with my first visit I can tell I’ve found somewhere I can finally feel comfortable to get all my dental needs taken care of. Dr. Osineye is extremely nice and professional. 10/10 would recommend

I needed to have extensive restorative dental work. Dr. Osineye not only did a great job but she is always positive and kind. Her dental practice is the only one that I would ever recommend. I've had several teeth removed, fillings, cleaning, a root canal as well as partials made.

Very Bad experience. Will start from beginning. About 3 years ago I came to Trubright Dental Clinic. Dr. Osineye Decided to send me to the doctor she knew who couldn’t accept my insurance and after that to come to her to put implants ( i didn’t need and didn’t ask her about that) and redo my crowns. It would cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I refused. When she asked me where I had been treated, I told her Harvard. She said she was from Harvard too . When I came home, I checked her profile on LinkedIn and was surprised that she didn’t graduated from Harvard . I wrote a not so good review about my appointment . 03/10 Monday night I started having terrible pain and decided to call the Clinic on Tuesday to make an urgent appointment for tooth extraction , especially since I have been getting text messages from this Clinic for two years, reminding me to come in for an appointment to get my teeth checked. They made me an appointment for the next day. So today I came in, said hello and apologized for being a few minutes late. The receptionist did not respond to my greeting. She ignored my words. She made me understand that she was busy on the phone. After she finished speaking, she did not say hello. She asked me some question, but I couldn’t understand what she’s saying and I asked her to repeat it.

Instead of doing so ,she told me: “Come here!” . I believe it was rude, but I said nothing . As well I didn’t think I would see the same Doctor who saw me two years ago since they change doctors all the time. The nurse sat me down in the chair, looked at my x-rays and asked how I was feeling. actually, I was in vulnerable position. I was lying in that medical chair. I told her I was in terrible pain and needed tooth extraction. The nurse left and then the Same doctor and she is the owner of the clinic appeared, sat down in front of me and asked how she could help me and then immediately started scolding me without let me answer. Saying that she remembered me and remembered that I wrote a bad review about her, and since I didn’t trust her opinion, she didn’t want to see me, and she said all this in a raised voice. I asked her many times to not raise her voice. As well I asked her why she invited me to the appointment at all if she didn’t want to see me? She replied that it wasn’t her who invited me, but her receptionist . But I didn’t really believe it . she knew that I had to come to the appointment. It supposed to be major surgery :back tooth with big roots , . My case is unique. The doctor knew the day before that I’m coming. As well when a nurse invites a patient, she takes x-rays of the tooth and then numb the tooth. none of that was done to me . Dr Osineye wasn’t surprised that I was sitting in the chair, she came in without a mask or gloves on ,her hair wasn’t covered and she was ready to attack me.

It was obvious that she’s lying. I also reminded her about Harvard. Well, then she started screaming and pointed to the door, saying that she graduated from Boston University. Because this woman was screaming everybody came to watch and started looking at me askance . The receptionist looked down at me and said in sarcastic way : God bless you. I answered: God bless you too . And left …The Doctor is vindictive and has no compassion for the patient’s pain. She abandoned me in critical situation when I was in need in dental emergency. The doctor didn’t offer me any medication to ease my pain. She sat and told me what happened 3 years ago, knowing that I was sitting in front of her and suffering from pain. This is unprofessional and cruel! She didn’t prescribe me any antibiotics, She didn’t refer me to any other doctors. She just showed me to the door with her hand. She told me she is an owner. . A Doctor Who has taken the Hippocratic oath must help a suffering patient. And if a doctor has not done this, I don’t care where she graduated. She’s not fit to be a doctor !!! I would give her zero star if I could .
