Never ever again! My poor baby girl now have to find another dentist but not in East Boston! They refused to do x-rays and fillings saying she might not stay still!!! How do they even know that!!Poor girl is in pain crying! 😢😡😡

Really bad customers service i will give advice to any one don’t go there they give appointment at 1 pm and when i came they said your appointment is rescheduled for next time and the worst thing they don’t have parking spot for patients i get ticket 60 dollars please is really bad service

First thing and the least important, this place looks dirty, I almost break my back just by sitting in one of those awful chairs. Now, my daughter had 2 appointments, and when we got there, they said the dentist is not there those days, plus they never mentioned how bad a cavity was and when we went to a decent dentist they find out she needs a root canal, go somewhere else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dentist office, and I strongly believe that contacting OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) is necessary to address the concerning lack of adherence to protocols and overall poor management. From the manager to the receptionist, the entire staff seems incompetent and unprofessional. Firstly, the office is downright unsanitary and unkempt, with dust visibly accumulating everywhere. There is a blatant disregard for basic cleanliness standards, which is completely unacceptable in a medical setting. Furthermore, patient privacy is not respected at all.
It's concerning that the staff doesn't prioritize confidentiality, which is a fundamental aspect of healthcare. This lack of respect for patients' privacy is alarming and unprofessional. The scheduling system is a mess, rendering appointments essentially useless. Regardless of arriving early or late, patients are still subjected to excessive wait times of over an hour before being called in. This blatant lack of punctuality and consideration for patients' time is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the office.
In addition to these operational shortcomings, there's a pervasive sense of dishonesty and scamming behavior. It's clear that the primary concern of this office is profit rather than providing quality care to patients. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this dentist office. The substandard cleanliness, lack of respect for patient privacy, inefficiency in scheduling, and apparent scamming behavior make it an entirely unsatisfactory and untrustworthy establishment.
