The staff here is absolutely fantastic! They’re incredibly knowledgeable, especially Dr. Arenas, Joann, the assistants, and the office manager. I’ve highly recommended this office to all my families and friends, and they’ve all loved it. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel right at home.

They called me an hour and fifteen minutes before my appointment time and asked if I could come in an hour early, which I did. Then I sat there and wasn't called until my appointment time. They did the xrays and I sat there for a good half hour until the dentist came in and gave me a brief exam. He told me I had bone loss and would need a deep cleaning. I sat there for another half hour before I got up and went out front to talk to the staff.

They told me they couldn't get reimbursement through my insurance for anything so I suggested I go home and whenever they got the insurance figured out to call me. Three weeks went by and they finally called to tell me to come in at 3 on Friday afternoon. I got there and was told the deep cleaning would cost over $600, and I said I didn't want that and just do the cleaning my insurance would pay for. The cashier told me the dentist recommended the deep cleaning and they would not do a standard cleaning. I got a copy of my xrays and left.

It was clear by then they did not want people with insurance and it was also clear that the location was poorly managed. Be careful and don't accept expensive treatments without seeing another dentist first. I'm awaiting an appointment with another dentist, since this Towncare location refuses to clean my teeth the way my insurance will pay for.

Dental visits can be stressful so when you find a great dentist that’s makes you feel comfortable, knows his craft and has a great staff is worthwhile sharing. Dr. Jorge - Arenas is just that he is friendly, patient, educates you on proper care and does a fantastic job. His staff from the office manager to the reception are all friendly and eager to help.

The equipment is new and they have you in and out in a reasonable time and more important they do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist.

The staff are extremely warm and courteous! From the moment I walked in, I knew this dental office gained a client. The Dentist had great bedside manners. The hygienist Rosa was great, she made me feel comfortable and because of this I had an overall great experience.
