I have been bringing my 3 kids here for 8 years now. Service is getting worst, trying to get appointments is a nightmare. Originally we went January and August during winter and summer breaks, our appointments have gotten so delayed that we have to look for a new pediatric dentist to be able to go before the school starts.

They also started charging us for x-rays claiming insurance did not cover. Sad to have to leave because we live 5 minutes away but necessary.

Toothtales is a fabulous Pediatric dentistry! Dr. Timothy Chen is an amazing dentist who not only has the professionalism but is also charismatic and easy going. Very detail oriented and ensure you not only understand what will be done to your kid(s), but encourages that you ask all questions until you are comfortable.

The staff is amazing everyone is kind, sweet and comforting to the kids and yourself. Great place highly recommend it you won’t regret it and you will be glad you went.

In the beginning, I truly appreciated the service that I was receiving for my child with autism. I recommended them to several parents. To be fair in my review. Most of the staffs are extremely professional. The doctors are great and attentive. I'm not sure exactly what happened with the staffing as the newer staffs(not all) was just not as professional. My son gets extremely nervous during his dental appointment.

It is indeed a struggle. I overheard one of the staff say, he's retarded. As a "professional" she should know how to select her words wisely. I had other several events that I was not please with as well. Like my child lips was bruised on 2 different occasions during dental a procedure and a cleaning. There was always an excuse. We decided, it's time to take our business elsewhere.

Please have more staff meetings so those that those that are not trained to be more professional are aware on how their behaviors can impact a company. A bad apple has an effect on all the other apples. It's not your issue that my child has special needs, nor am I making it your responsibility. I do however have the right to expect a certain level of professionalism from any establishment that I bring my business to.

I cannot say enough great things about Tooth Tales and Dr. Mutawalli! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient. We were referred by our pediatrician for a tongue tie and lip tie and I’m so grateful we ended up here. Dr. Mutawalli took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all our questions, and made us feel completely at ease. The procedure itself was done flawlessly—with care, precision, and a gentle approach.

My daughter healed quickly and without pain, and the improvement in her feeding was noticeable right away. It’s continued to help her well into toddlerhood. I truly appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and expertise of Dr. Mutawalli and his team. If you’re looking for a provider who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, Tooth Tales is the place to go!
