Went here first time Everything was great until doctor o'leary performed 2 fillings on my teeth!! My teeth were so sensitive i new something wasn't right! Went back 2 weeks later they checked them over said everything was fine and if the pain didn't go away he would just have to redo them! Well guess what pain never went away only got worse!!😡 ive lost weight from not being able to eat or chew food!! I went to a new dentist because I was so upset and they took the time to really find out what happened and what went wrong and basically I had to poorly done fillings!!!. . . . i felt blown off by doctor oleary when i went to him 2 weeks later about my issues. .

. . the worst ever. . . getting them redone soon by the new dentist who actually took the time to help me and figure out what went wrong!!

I've been going to the same dentist for 30 years .. I had to find a new dentist because my health insurance changed. I switched over to dr. O'Leary and it was a great experience. Very clean, very friendly staff, and Tara did a great job cleaning my teeth. It was nice not having to switch to a clinic type dentist. I highly recommend this place.

We used to like this dentist for general dentistry before we moved to Florida however after being notified that we were moving they apparently still scheduled us for 5 more routine appointments and never canceled them. Now six years later; after moving back to Rochester; we called and were informed that we had missed five appointments in the month after we moved. Cannot imagine why they would have scheduled five appointments in a single month.

Very unfortunate that their record management is so inefficient. We will be choosing another dentist.

I called to set up my appointment and I was scheduled three months out as a busy mom I missed the appointment. They are a office that takes Medicaid per the policy of Medicaid they’re supposed to be able to see patients at an emergency basis I called and left an appointment letting them know that I’m having extreme dental pain on their emergency line no one called me back then I called on Monday to try to get an appointment and they told me that they don’t reschedule missed appointment. But I never received a reminder text or call from anyone.

Ultimately I understand that it is up to me to keep my appointment but I do expect them to be a little bit more gracious when it comes to rescheduling patients because things happen. Honestly the way everything was handled and how they answered the phone I’m glad I’m not going there very unprofessional.
