This place is amazing! The lady that helped me at the front desk was very friendly. I wish I remembered names better but the Dental technician that helped me was very friendly and put my worries at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This was my first Root canal so i was very worried but Dr. Omar was fantastic. Everything went well and later that day i could drink a cold beverage without pain for the first time in years.

I had forgotten what it felt like to actually enjoy eating and drinking again. Life changing!!!! Also I think it was the first time I have ever had a Dr. follow up with me after the procedure. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you again!!

Staff was rude to my sister and I as soon as we walked in. They wouldn't allow my sister to come back in the room even though I'd signed the release. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and was told on the phone when I went in that it'd be no problem to get nitrous gas to help keep me calm. Then was talked out of it after I was told "you didn't tell anyone you wanted that.

" The dentist said there was a small risk that one of the teeth could hurt a nerve and now 14 days later I still have no feeling on the right side of my mouth and chin. It also has been next to impossible to get a dental assistant on the phone to talk through my concerns and complications after the extraction. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you have the option.

Receptionist was so rude to my husband and I. Long story short, we expected a $0 bill for wisdom teeth removal because of hitting insurance deductibles and having it covered by medical. When we checked it she goes $1650 today. Alright, we ask a bit more about if medical had been ran or any of that since we didn’t expect that. She seemed very annoyed we asked questions and didn’t just swipe away.

We asked if it was covered what would happen. She goes “well you’d be refunded into the card” in the most “how stupid are you” tone. Sorry that when you expect $0 and they tell you $1650 you have some questions and billing and reimbursement. 1 star for their spacious lobby.
