Worst client experience ever. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed here in February 2023. First problem was they told him the out of pocket expense would be $50 - it was not. It was $2,500 despite this clinic being "in network" with our insurance. Second problem was he got an infection after surgery. His doctor moved to their Woodbury clinic (45 mins away from us) but this office refused to see him.
After a full day of calling and leaving messages, we got ahold of a very crabby doctor at 2:30 pm by calling the emergency line, but the clinic was closed for the day at that point and they advised we go to the emergency room if he needed further treatment. After a round of antibiotics, he has yet another complication and we cannot get ahold of anyone at the clinic. I would advise even a stranger on the street to go anywhere but here. The billing practices are questionable at best and the patient care is virtually non-existent.

Be extremely wary going here, I went because my insurance said they were in network for wisdom teeth removal. Had a consultation a month in advance, was assured by their financial staff it would be covered and they provided me documentation that it would be covered, and a week before the procedure was told that it would cost me about $3k. I'm furious and it's absolutely ridiculous, the estimate they gave me even said the procedure itself cost less than the updated amount they gave me.
Don't waste your time.

At first, I was pleased by how nice everyone was. But, I was charged over 100 dollars (with insurance) for the dentist to put a cold cotton ball on my tooth and tap it with a metal tool and tell me I didn’t need a Root canal. No solving of the problem or telling me what caused the pain. I went to a different dentist and immediately had a procedure. Then, things turned worse.
They had entered all of my information incorrectly so I wasn’t receiving bills. The person I emailed told me she couldn’t help me and then they sent me to collections. I never ONCE received a call or an email from the office asking about payment or asking about the situation. So, not only did I pay money and not get any relief, but they sent my bill of less then 200 to collections. When I called the number in the notice, it was out of service.
When I called the office to make payment, they were closed and did not call back. I will never return here and I will tell everyone I know about how terrible my experience was and how terribly they treat their patients.

Estimates for services are wildly off. They say they reach out to your insurance to get the estimate of what will be covered, but after having my surgery and paying what I was told was the patient portion, I received another bill 6 months later. My procedure cost did not change from the estimate, but they clearly did not talk to my insurance or are just incompetent as they calculated their coverage totally wrong causing me a second bill 6 months later for over 100% of what I originally paid.
If I had a choice to re-do, I would go almost anywhere else. I get being a little off with an estimate, but an estimate over 100% off is unacceptable when the cost itself stays the same.
