I want to say that I am not writing this with any malicious intent whatsoever, but the old guy (the orthodontist) does not know what he is doing. There is a reason this place has multiple bad reviews. Its really frustrating when you pay a lot of money for braces just to have bad results. If you are reading this please consider other orthodontist for your own sake.

I cannot remember the young lady's name, that my son, Kaleb had today, but I wanted to tell her thank you, again, for her kindness, compassion & care to him, this afternoon. It means, a lot when someone has all those attributes, when working with children, even with adults, also. Kim, thank you (she use to do Kaleb, but she still shows her care & concern, too). Kinley is one in a million for her sweet spirit & kindness, on the phone & face to face. I work at a dr's office, also & I know my patients are the reason, I have a job & treat them, like I want to be treated.

I was taught by my parents, to be kind, humble & compassionate, to everybody, first & foremost. Because, we all are patients, sometimes. So, to these 3 ladies, thank you, again & again. 😊

myself and several of my siblings have all had bad experiences here. the ortho will tell you that you’re going to have braces for a specific amount of time, then keep adding months until way more time has passed than you anticipated. one of my sisters in particular was in braces for about a year longer than he told her it would take. i had a friend who had to have her jaw broken because they messed up her bite so badly: the options they gave her were 5 more years of braces or jaw surgery.

additionally, the ortho is creepy to young girls and made several comments that were extremely inappropriate to both me and my sisters. overall a very bad experience. i’m glad i won’t ever have to go back.

I went here years ago and my father tried telling him the braces caused my TMJ. He denied it and said it was just how I am. He was also rude. I'm seeing all these negative reviews and have always known. When Dr. Miller left it went down hill. Now I have tmj and my face structure changed.

I'm glad I'm not alone as other reviews say the same thing. I've felt so ugly and awful about myself as TMJ not only causes me so much pain but I literally have a weak jaw now. Dr. McFarland you suck. Please stop ruining lives.
