Everyone can have a negative experience anywhere and we always want our experiences to be great. I know there are some negative reviews in here but I will share my experience over my time at this dentist since October of last year. I really only went in for cleanings for community care referrals from the VA. But last week my filling broke and my tooth cracked. Professional Lane was closed, spring break and all. I managed to get a VA appointment 2 hours away, their fix lasted a little over a day! Completely disappointed. However they did update my referral but didn’t send to Professional Lane.

First thing today, Monday, they not only were able to get me in for an emergency fix, but they corrected a mistake on my VA referral (VA dentist marked the wrong tooth for repair) and they also are capable of doing in house crowns. So I was able to get in, get completed fixed in just a couple hours. I’m so happy I chose this dentist last year, I couldn’t imagine having to go longer with that tooth messed up, or another temp fix. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Dunford were amazing. I truly mean that. Dunford was very good at what he did and made the entire process very enjoyable.

Thank you Professional Lane for treating Veterans as they should be treated. I really appreciate the way you do business. My only recommendation to Professional Lane, is that at times it is hard to get to speak with someone, but I know they are very busy. So to patients stay “patient” and I would recommend to anyone reading this, just call back and eventually someone will be able to answer. A+

I have never felt so comfortable and informed at a dental office! Everyone was beyond nice and the dentist involved me in every step through my entire appointment! We have made this our family dentist and I would recommend this place to anybody!

My sons love going here, they’re so nice and welcoming! Mrs. Karen is always so nice to me and the twins. She always has a smile on her face and greeting people. My twins love their dental hygienist. They do a really good job with the boys cleanings as well.

Brandlyn was such a pleasure to work with—she went above and beyond to ease my anxiety, especially given my past negative experiences with other dentists. Trenton Dunford was equally amazing. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options and truly understood my concerns. I felt heard and respected throughout the visit. I’m so grateful to have found this dental office. The care and compassion shown by everyone made all the difference. Highly recommended!!!
