I would like to thank the great staff for taking care of me for two years. They were extremely nice and patient. They were always able to fit me in when I needed something looked at. When you see the staff smile it makes you so happy that you will look the same too! And you will!

I took my son in for a consultation and had a bad experience. I wouldn’t even call it a consultation they just rushed him in the back to take some pictures and send you on your way. No questions answered just rush in and out. I felt like he was just another number to them. We didn’t get to speak with anyone about his care plan and when I brought that up before leaving they said it’s just the way insurance is. Um no it’s just another way for your office to charge for another office visit. I’ve had braces before and this was not the way things go. I wasted time off work just for a 5 minute visit to be told I have to come back to speak to the orthodontic about a care plan. Why the heck couldn’t you do that the first visit? It doesn’t matter if insurance will or won’t cover it. You obviously still need to know what’s wrong with your child’s teeth and know about the care plan. Stop making this about money and treat your patients like people.
