Don't go to this dentist. The dentist refused to see my daughter despite her insurance company verifying her eligibility verbally and in writing. He was all too happy to send us on our way regardless of my efforts. Before I left he accused me of attempting to commit fraud and admitted that he thinks everyone in the neighborhood he serves regularly lies.
Reception/mngr was similarly unsympathetic. My insurance company was dumbfounded. Avoid at all costs.

I, too like the other reviewer, was turned away. The office refused to see my two year old who was complaining of pain and discomfort. Both of my children have been patients at this office, my son since the age of 6 months - he is now 9 years old. The "office manager" who checked the insurance eligibility insisted that the insurance wasn't active, even though the new insurance card clearly stated the current effective date. They urged me to contact the insurance company, which I did in the presence of the office assistants, who then asked to have the eligibility info faxed over.
However, the dental department isn't open on the weekend - a fact that was shared with me by the dentist who also witnessed my futile attempts to contact the dental department. The staff was very matter of fact about the situation and showed no concern nor did they offer any alternatives to aide my suffering child. The dentist too showed no concern. My insurance company called two days later insisting the insurance is active and my child should not have been denied as the eligibility information was obtained by the dental office on the date of the visit so my child should have been seen as eligibility did not play a factor on the date in question. Needless to say, I have switched pediatric dentists and will not be returning to this office again.
On a side-note: They do overbook patients to which it has often been standing room only. The dentist and staff are not very warm or caring towards the patients. The dentist does not provide many recommendations for oral care and just walks out of the room once hes done and retrieves a "goodie bag" that he shoves toward the kid and moves on to the next patient - never addressing the kid by their name or even giving a well wish as to the next time they will see again.

This place is great! Both doctor and staff are very welcome and friendly. This place is very hygienic. My daughter and I had a good experience; we only last 40 minutes on this place. Great doctor my daughter used to cry every time she was getting work done with her last doctor, but she didn't cry once with doctor Medrano. Great place!

Visited this dental practice for the first time yesterday with my two children. There was a little bit of a wait to see the dentist but it wasn't excessive. The office staff were courteous and efficient. The dentist was kind, approachable and gave my children sound advice. I would certainly return.
