Personable, easy, and ultimately pain free experience. I happen to have a very, very low pain threshold and some nerves when it comes to my teeth. I didn't feel anything, and he took the time to both make sure of that, and to make sure the job was done well. In general he did a brilliant job. There is absolutely no substitute for a good dentist. Five stars here.

I had toothache for a long time and I saw good reviews of this dental office, so I decided to visit. He said I have sensitivity and he gave me toothpaste and I went home. After leaving the office, my toothache got worse. Next day, toothache got really worse, then I visited him again, then he said again I have only sensitivity. I had similar experience , when my tooth got cracked before, I had very similar pain. So, I told him about that but he only said "sensitivity". After visiting him, my toothache got terrible like I could not sleep at night.

Then I went to other dental office, they found my tooth was cracked and got infection and needed root canal. I really cannot believe a dentist treats a patient like he did to me. I was really suffering from the pain, how could he say just sensitive. . . .
