I went to this office for the first time a month ago for a check up to find out i have 10 cavaties and so they scheduled me to come back yesterday to have them filled. I went to my visit and I will not be returning. Upon checking in, the receptionist had insisted I had canceled my appointment and had to rewrite me in after I told her I hadn't. I take care of my teeth, but during the time of my pregnancy I had terrible morning sickness which caused me to have 10 cavaties due to the severe acid arousion as I was told by another Dentist this morning. Dr. Desilva had accused me both times of drinking soda and eating candy after I had told her 10 times in total that I did not and i actually hold a very healthy diet. In addition, she decided to numb me then went out to do some other work for about 25 mins leaving the numbness to decrese.

When she returned, she started my fillings and told me I would be getting 5 of my fillings and I would have to make another appointment. She started drilling and the pain was insane. Luckily, the hygeinist stopped her and proceeded to do so after the dentist decided to deposit a few more drop onto my tooth and not give it time to numb. If it wasn't for the hygeinist demanding to give me a break, it would have been even worse. In the end, after over an hour and a half, the dentist finally gave up and finished the other four teeth. While rinsing them with water, i flinched due to the toothache she had given me and also the intense headache, in which she commented "i'm not even touching you!". .

. . i scheduled another appointment on my way out and the receptionist couldn't get me in for another month and that was when she decided to schedule me 2 appointments which should have been done in the first place. I felt rushed and as if I was being accused of lying about my pain level. This is an unacceptable way to run a bussiness. I was happy to call another office and the scheduled me for a check up this morning and I have an appointment next week to have the rest of my fillings.

Extremely unprofessional. My appointment was for 10am. I arrived 20 mins early to fill out paperwork and there was 1 other person waiting. At 10:15 neither of us had been called. At 10:20 the Dentist walked in the door. Mind you their office opens at 9:30am, so she was 50 minutes late.

Finally at 10:30 I still had not been called so I went up and told them to cancel my appt. No apology for being late, and the receptionist never said anything about her running late upon check in. Horrible, and after reading the other reviews on here, I am glad I left before they touched my mouth. It is so dark and dingy and overall very dirty looking in there as well. Avoid this place at all costs.

Update: after less than 4 month 6 of the fillings she did fell out !2 of them fell out the second time after she fixed it! She should not practice dentistry! Impatient, unprofessional, rude and did a horrible job on my teeth, had to go back after 3 fillings she did fell out, until today 2 fillings are bothering me because she did not finish them right, refused to fix it, didn’t even want to listen to my complaints… she rushed through the work… avoid if you can! .
