On occasion we have tried dentists closer to home, but we always go back to Sprayberry because they are the most trustworthy dentists we have found. I moved to this practice from another in the county. The office staff was very professional and friendly. My hygienist was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable, and did a great job. The dentist was professional and friendly as well. I had a great second visit. They are keeping up with the high level of performance I have seen so far.

I gave this place two stars instead of one star because it used to be awesome when Dr. Anderson was here. My whole family absolutely loved him and his chill demeanor. But since he left, it’s gone downhill. Dr. Knauer was very condescending and has literally no bedside manner.
Dude was just born with a horrible personality. He also said that I needed to pull one tooth and that it was going to cause problems in the near future. I asked for the x-rays to be sent to me and I had to pay $50 ( which is insane by the way), to which I took them to a dentist friend and he said yes, eventually that tooth will cause problems, but it probably won’t be within the next couple of years. If you don’t want to pull it now, that’s OK. I don’t recommend this place at all

Not answering their phone on Wednesday May 21 during business hours? Have been trying to call for an hour now. It's just after 2 pm. They finally answered their phone at 3 pm and the office manager was incredibly rude. Because I left a poor review, she said the practice would not see me as a patient. Is that even legal? Stay away from Sprayberry Dental. Also - just so everyone knows this is a fair-minded review.
I was a patient here for over a decade. The dentists are very good. But most of the office staff I've dealt with are lazy and rude which is a shame. They don't answer their phones, they don't respond promptly, and if customers complain they act like it's your fault.
