Wanted Invisalign and they came through to help me right away, payment plans and everything. All appointments went smoothly, even with all of their patients they always remembered me when I came into the office once every 2-3 months. Great people they made my smile look amazing and an amazing service overall, would highly recommend.

The facility is great and the people are pleasant however things are done a bit backwards at time. My daughter was due for a change in appliance due to the rubber method not being the best options due to her disability which I said from the beginning. They tell us the appliance would take two weeks to come when I go to check out they tell me it would be put in on her next appointment. Here I am at her next appointment and the tell me they need space so they are putting in wires from the draw to create space and it will be changed at her next appointment. Why wouldn’t you put those wires in at the appointment before so that this appointment the new appliances could be placed.

Things seem to be drawn out for either a cash grab or the lack of common sense. If you’re going to change something that you need space for you change it before so that when it comes the space is already there, not allow it come then make space. I understand that this world evolves around money but my time my child’s time is being wasted. Just discharge from the hospital. Okay I’m going to edit this review and leave the old one as well.

I’m leaving the old one because that was problem I had but I was able to converse with the doctor in office and she somewhat made me feel better and gave me a better understanding to the process. Another thing I appreciate is the call I got that further addressed my concern and worries and ensure that the process isn’t a cash grab and that the best interest is my child. I was definitely upset before talking to both doctors but I can honestly say to speak to me and the office and call later shows that they care and value our concerns as a patient

I made an appointment to get a replacement retainer after my old one broke. The visit started out fine as the technicians took photos and X-rays of my teeth. One of them also gave me a random tour of the facilities, which I must admit look very cool with fun murals throughout. The reason for my low rating of this facility is because I didn’t actually walk out with a retainer as expected.

Towards the end of my visit, the dentist on duty (at least, that’s who I assumed it was; she never actually bothered to introduce herself) came to inspect my teeth in person and told me I would need to schedule cleaning somewhere else before the retainers could be made, on the off chance that the shape of my teeth would be altered from the cleaning, or some other nonsense. I explained that I was only interested in the retainers, and I was willing to take the risk of whatever could happen after a cleaning. She still refused to give the go ahead to get the retainers made. All of which resulted in my visit being a complete and total waste of my time.

You’d think that at some point throughout the 3 weeks leading up to my appointment they would have said, hey make sure you get a cleaning ahead of your visit. I won’t be returning to this facility.
