That dental clinic terrible a place. They gave me an appointment time at 9:30 am. When I was been there, the clinic wasn't open. They have to take care of me first, but Doctor Rosanne De Leon took two patients in front of me. She was hurried because another patient was waiting for her. I had oral surgery one month ago. While she was cleaning my teeth she really hurt my gum. After 15 minutes she said your teeth clean done.

I told her, you didn't even do on my teeth floss. She said you need a deep clean and I need to get authorization from your insurance company. After then, she started to do floss. I asked her " Can you do a slow clean? because I got hurt by my gum" She was very rude and she did a faster job. My teeth and gum were really hurt. I asked Dr. Rosanne De Leon to stop the clean and I walked away from the clinic.

Don't waste your time. The dentist R. De Leon is rude. Not professional. And, gossips with her assistant while doing dental procedures. I needed a crown, and my insurance didn't cover it. So, I asked if I can pay for it.

She ignored me. She's not friendly. Doesn't even tell you what's going on. If you want a professional dentist, go to Dr. Howard Silver, he's literally a few blocks away. He's friendly, and very honest!

This unethical, unprofessional, piece of s. . . . dentist attempted to charge me $100 for a copy of a referral. She supposedly couldn't give me a copy because they were handwritten. WHAT?? I tried calling back a few minutes later and no one would pick up. Called from a different number and they picked up, how odd, unless you are evading my call. Then the changed to I'll give you the referral but you have to come in for a consultation. I told her i didn't want a consultation. I had no interest in seeing her.

It was irrelevant to the referral. The the story turned into she had to do new xrays that it had been six months. Except I saw her on April 26, 2023. I had a bridge that detached in april 1st. She made me wait 26 days to glue it, and it detached again in an hour. Today is july 19th. less than 3 months. She is a liar, a fraud and a crook. I have no idea where she is from, but i can tell you what she shouldnt be doing : dentistry.

They over lap appointments it gets so packed and mind u it’s only one actual dentist working here and she thinks everyone speaks Spanish they took X-rays at 10:22 my appointment for 10am and I’m still waiting here mind u it almost 11am it’s 10:50 a whole hr I have a baby sitter I need to pay no more money because they can’t keep my things on time I came in last year pregnant with wisdom tooth pain y I still have my wisdom teeth and biting my cheeks is beyond me I’ve been told to wait and they keep telling me to wait I just want a referral I don’t get one today ima go to the ER get them pulled and I’m never coming back here again ya just lost a customer keep over booking appointment I’m sure I won’t be the only one tired of the way they run their business just look at ya reviews ya suck !!!!! Also need curtains on ya windows sun is beaming right on my neck and shoulders Almost a whole hr sitting here no consideration for ur patients at all and the staff is rude u have to wait on them to open the bathroom door with a key like u a child to disgusting how they treat the patients in this establishment just dollar signs to ya that’s y my money will go else where after today I feel like walking out and calling my insurance telling them I wasn’t seen today do not pay them
