I am giving South Park Dentistry the one star they’ve EARNED as a result of the hygienist only. Those ladies are ALL PHENOMENAL. They care about the dental patients and you can tell they have been cleaning for years. They are all very personable ,knowledgeable and super gentle cleaners. HOWEVER, South Park Dentistry’s front office staff is RIDICULOUS and so is Dr. Mudd!!!! Especially when it’s brought to his attention regarding his front offices horrible scheduling fiascos. On numerous occasions I’ve had calls the day and week of my appointments with scheduling errors or FLAT OUT cancellations.
My family has said they’ve never seen a dental office with such a record. South Park Dentistry called me one day on the day of my appointment and asked me to come at another time because one of their receptionist and schedulers quit and messed up their system. I informed them whose fault was that?It’s not my problem nor my concern am I getting my teeth cleaned? I would swap work schedules and use lunch in order to get my teeth cleaned Dr. Mudds office DID NOT care. Ive never had the same hygienist. How do you think I know they’re all phenomenal? Usually the office should keep you with the same hygienist to build a rapport and track your dental hygiene. South Park Dentistry did not.
Dr. Mudd was very defensive when I informed him of the scheduling issues instead of apologizing!!!! The gall of the man. In my opinion the only thing South Park about this office is the office location. They’re front line customer service and empathy are AWFUL and in no way shape or form SOUTH PARK WORTHY. Take your dental and insurance needs elsewhere!!!!!! Thank goodness for Dr. Mudds excellent hygienist. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t give him or his OFFICE any stars!!!! However, that wasn’t a google option!

Been a patient for years. Never a problem making apts. Super nice staff. Dr. Mudd is always straight forward and honest about my dental needs. He even did an amazing repair on front tooth I chipped.

This is the Best Dentistry in Charlotte Dr.Schyler is Amazing so caring will not hurt you for the world. He has a Amazing team of people. Including all the staff they are kind and very helpful. We all have fear about the dentist but Dr.Schyler takes the edge off like no other dentist I ever been to. HIGHLY recommend him. Getting a fill- in numbed up and ready!

Have been going here for 3 years and love it. Dr. Stuckey is friendly and always explains all of his procedures. I was recommended this dental practice after being told I had a dozen cavities and need a root canal. Dr Stuckey was honest and open with me and found that I had 2 cavities and in no way needed a root canal.
