Friendly staff, was able to get in right away due to a tooth emergency. Good to know that Dr. Patel is able to perform all major procedures, including wisdom tooth extraction. Very, very clean office!!

Went here once last year, thought I might have just been criticizing too hard since I was a new patient by noticing how they don’t seem to have any organization at their practice or leave the room to go to another with a different patient and come back with the same set of gloves or touch front desk equipment with the same set of gloves they put in my mouth. At the same appointment, the doctor didn’t say anything, didn’t give me any info on my dental health, didn’t ask if I had any questions. Just a quick “you’re all set”. This first appointment was also rescheduled THREE times, I don’t want to complain too much about that, I do understand stuff happens and they do also have personal lives, but first it was because of the weather, then they had confusion with booking and rescheduling, then the doctor wasn’t in on my rescheduled day, but I finally got in.

So I gave it another try this year and it was a different kind of mess. The doctor and assistant are still unorganized and always seemed frazzled when doing X-rays. At one point, they even had me hold the camera or piece in my mouth with my own fingers by sticking my finger far back into my mouth and holding it down. That’s fine, but I could have washed my own hands first or could have been given a glove, but I was just taken by surprise.

The doctor is very forceful and rough, he even accidentally gagged me with the X-ray piece that goes into my mouth. The front desk/dental assistant is friendly and seems considerate, but I won’t be returning to their practice.

Do NOT go here. The dentist lied and told me I have several cavities and need filling when in reality I had zero cavities and needed zero fillings(went to a different dentist after). Clearly lying to patients to make some sort of money. Place looked bogus and embarrassing.
