So this was my first time here as a teacher had given everyone the referral. Upon first impression, the waiting area, I find the needs some cleaning and replaced chairs as one had armrest partially torn off with sharp area exposed. Carpet needs cleaned too. They had a play zone but only had round table with chairs, crayons and paper given to children. The area walls were for much of coloring. As for the back where patients are getting care it is shown that deep cleaning needs done.

I believe they try to be sanitary but appearance is important too. Cabinet fronts, floors, around machines all need a good cleaning. As for all workers involved including the dentist, they were all very nice, and friendly. Just like to see some new furniture to replace old worn furniture and a cleaner place for all to feel safe. My rate is reflected more on appearance and cleaniness.

We’ve been going here for 3 years now. Everything usually goes ok. My son is scared of the dentist. We’re working on it and I understand it could be a little annoying. But the woman that helped my son today should not be working with children. My son was doing pretty well until she pulled out the hand piece. He turned his head literally one time.

The woman got up kicked the trash can and ripped her gloves off and stormed out. Came back in 3 minutes later got new gloves and asked him if she could just brush the fluoride on his teeth. He refused so I jumped in to try and explain it to him. She started shaking her leg rapidly tapping her foot on the floor getting angry. Then stormed out again after being instructed to just leave it alone.

I would give this a 0 if I could my daughter got fillings tell me why the fillings break 3 days later she went in to get it fixed after she got it fixed they had told me she needed more filings on other teeth I asked to see the x-ray never saw them very disrespectful staff my daughter did though and said she could not see any cavity of the other additional teeth we went back again and when they were doing her flings she was feeling pain when they were drilling her tooth the place is very unhygienic absolutely disgusting I had to go to another place because her filings BREAK AGAIN would not recommend this place at all and the wait time is very long 0 star.

This place is great i love it a lot of caring employees. My girls and I love Naomi she so happy and always has a smile on her face.
