I had an incredible experience with Dr. Jian, and I can’t thank her enough. She was so kind, pleasant, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. I came in with a clipped tooth and needing a crown, and she did an absolutely amazing job—I couldn’t be happier with the results. What stood out most was how she treated me with such compassion. Even though it had been years since my last dental visit, she never once judged me.

In fact, she actually complimented the condition of my gums despite some other concerns, which made me feel respected and reassured. If you’re looking for a dentist who is both highly skilled and incredibly empathetic, Dr. Jian is the one. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Thank you again, Dr. Jian!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like this experience deserves some honest feedback. It started two years ago when my son needed braces. We live in Grove City and chose this orthodontic practice because they had a local office nearby. What we didn’t know—and what they didn’t tell us—was that just a few weeks later, they would be closing the Grove City location.

Shortly after his braces were put on, we received a letter in the mail informing us that the office was shutting down. That meant we were now committed to driving 30+ minutes to Reynoldsburg (or another location) for every follow-up, broken bracket, or adjustment—for the next two years. After a while, they also closed the Reynoldsburg location, and now we’re having to go all the way to Polaris. To make things even more difficult, the orthodontist there only sees patients one Friday every four weeks.

So, if you need to reschedule for any reason—say, a school test—you’re looking at waiting an entire month for the next available appointment. To top it all off, the communication has been extremely poor. Unless you specifically ask, there’s been no clear update on his treatment plan or progress. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience, and I just wish we had been given full information upfront so we could’ve made an informed decision

New to Ohio and chose this place since they accepted my insurance and were able to handle my family of 3 dental and ortho services. Over the years they’ve progressively gotten worse. From there being no dental hygienist, lots of cancellations without follow ups or rescheduling attempts. Unable to call and reach someone in the office since the calls are outsourced, good luck if you get someone who doesn’t have ESL.

Front desk receptionists are RUDE with unfriendly faces usually, hardly helpful or willing to assist. Dr. Ray is nice and he is the only reason I return and once my braces are removed, I’ll definitely be moving on. 🙄
