The service is horrible. The front desk is never been around and very rude. I waited for an hour in the waiting room, nobody called me. Don't waste your time. If you can speak chinese, you might get called first to go in, what is the point of having appointment???

First visit to Dr. Cheng was such a wonderful experience. Very professional staff from front desk check in to the experience of the dental assistant and Dr. Beck and check out. I definitely will be referring friends and family to this practice. I returned back to see Dr.
Shin for a wisdom tooth extraction…. Once again i was warmly welcomed by the front desk receptionist and the dental assistants that brought me back for X-rays were so nice and efficient. The provider and the assistant are so amazing once again. I was nervous and the assistant was so sweet talked me through the process and when Dr. Shin came in he definitely set the bar so high on professionalism. The process of my extraction was so smooth and easy.
Afterwards the office manager was extremely nice and enjoyed meeting her which in most dentist offices you rarely meet the one keeping the show going. This is a very personable & professional group of people. I promise selecting this group for your dentistry needs you will not be disappointed. They definitely now have a long term patient!

Worst experience of my life also idk why they have two different locations marked on Google maps , but nonetheless I will still like to call out this disaster of a dentistry. First off the rudest nurses you can find , they are careless and unprofessional will keep you waiting hours even for the simplest of demands or questions. The dentists here have made my dental issues a bigger issue than they once were.
I would stay far from here if it's a question of money , don't risk it all , you will only end up losing at the end. The dentist negligent is incredible from nurses using there phone mid procedure on you instead of properly attending you , to the dentist himself picking up call while you sit there waiting for the anesthesia to run out and get asked if you need more because he's taking so long on his call. Definitely bias and more favorable towards his Chinese clients, stay away!
