Text saying that the team has been trying to reach me is not true. It will give tje benefit companies false information. Also it's no consistency with the dentist that I see. I have no clue who's doing work until I get there. It's unfair and runs a high risk of cross contamination and staff infections. My first visits were hood until the Olney Avenue appointments the machine dropped on my face. The next time the dentist did a dry filling. Sent the hygienist out and was extremely rough.

She had a terrible demeanor a my entire ear and left side. Of my face was hard for days afterwards. Mu teeth been hurting after i eat since. Which made me scared to ho back. I requested Dr. Caroll she has a professional and gentle patient mannerism. Dr. D.

introduced herself my first appointment. After that she walk by and look it's been different people everytime. I just wanted my teeth better but its become very unpleasant Praying for a solution my benefits may not be the best but. A patient should be able to talk to their Dentist one on one. And not feel like they're a bother or be brushed off as unimportant when they have concerns.

Hands down the worst dental experience I have had my whole life. I go to the dentist once every six months like one should so I would say I have a lot of experience with dentists. I have moved 20 times over the course of my life so I have switched dental care many times. This dental office did not floss, brush or clean my teeth.

They took x-rays, told me I had no cavities and sent me home. It felt like their attitude was well we are not going to make any money off you since you don’t have cavities so we aren’t going to do a proper cleaning in hopes that next time when you come you will have a cavity or two. Unbelievable.

I came to Smile Team with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, and I wasn’t seen until 12:30. While I understand delays happen, a simple heads-up or apology would’ve made a difference. The doctor's assistant was welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the start. I had shared my concerns about my gum health with the assistant, but that information didn’t make it to the doctor. The doctor came in and immediately began the cleaning without asking any questions or reviewing what I had shared.

I had to stop her and explain my concerns myself. When I mentioned that I brush and floss daily, it felt overlooked because the advice I received at the end of the cleaning was to floss and brush less aggressively. It felt like the doctor wasn't really paying attention to anything I said before the cleaning. It came across as generic and disconnected from our earlier conversation. If there were signs I wasn’t flossing effectively, I would’ve appreciated more personalized feedback on what areas I might be missing or how to improve my technique. I also felt like I had to rush to ask questions before the doctor left the room.

While I’m sure the team works hard, the experience felt impersonal and a bit dismissive. Because of this, I didn’t schedule a follow-up and don’t plan to return. I truly hope this feedback helps the team improve communication and patient care moving forward.

This dentist was so Amazing . I felt so welcomed , I felt cared for I felt heard . My needs were met with kindness. The customer service, the atmosphere. Was elite . I was having a crazy mixed up day until I stepped foot in this office . I left with a major smile and felt very informed on the things that were going on . A previous dentist had traumatized me and left me not wanting to go to a dentist for two years straight . I got up the courage and did some research. At first I was skeptical and scared .

Yet when I arrived , that nervous feeling vanished completely. I felt at home . It sounds odd yet it’s true . Everyone’s experiences with anything may be different yet I love to feel appreciated as a customer /client where ever I go . That’s exactly what I got from smile team . Love this office and I appreciate the staff . You can tell when the staff are being treated properly in any establishment. It reflects on how they treat their clients . 10/10 .
