AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST. If I could give this office 0, I would. I didn't have any issues with the dentist or dental services or even the charge ($445) of the dental services. The provider herself was average with no follow up request for the procedures we needed (no appointment making, no price of treatment). However, the office manager is highly incompetent in managing the office. My husband and I went for services on August 9th and a few weeks later, we received two checks from Cigna, our dental insurance, on my name for the payment of services. I kept the checks and did not deposit them because I wasn't sure why I had received them. This has never happened before. Another few weeks later, I received a call from Lillian, the office manager, saying I need to make a payment and the insurance sent me the checks.

I asked Lillian if I could just get rid of the checks and she can take care of this with the insurance. She declined and said that I need to bring in the checks (that are on my name) to the office and she can do it. She then, another few weeks later, calls me back and tells me that this cannot happen and I need to make the payment immediately with option to pick up the checks. This is now October. I say, due to work travel, I am unable to come immediately to pick up the checks but she can take the payment from me over the phone which she does. I go about my life and in November I remember that I need to pick up the checks as this office has already taken a form of payment from me (mind you, the payment is over $400). I go and pick up the checks and deposit them as well. I receive a call from the office later that week that I need to make a payment. I notify them that I already have, what are you talking about and they say that I haven't.

In reality, Ms. Lillian, the office manager, did not process any form of payment and had said that she did. I had to search each and every bank and card statement to ensure this is true. I then proceed to try to get this resolved but I don't believe Lillian, the office manager, has any formal customer service experience (or even insurance claims experience) as I am received with more of a blame game rather than "we are sorry for our error, lets resolve this asap. " Luckily, the payment has been made and I finally did receive a receipt but I want other to know to try to AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST while Ms. Lillian remains the office manager. All this has wasted a lot of my personal (very limited) time and has left me with a bitter and even angry taste in my mouth.

All of the staff are great and accommodating, starting from Lillian, who makes us feel like family with scheduling and respective changes, and communicating messages. Dr.s Khan and Kumar provide their expertise in services, in addition to education so my family is holistically healthy dental wise.

I’ve been attending Smile Rx Dental for years. The front office personnel (Mrs. Lilian) is very attentive and accommodating to my family and my needs. She communicates very well and is always willing to help with scheduling appointments even to other dental offices. My dentist Dr.

Kumar is amazing, always has a positive attitude and her dental work is great. From the moment you are welcome to the end, the staff is very committed and communicate very well with you. The office space and dental space is very clean. Highly recommended!!

I’ve had several frustrating experiences with this office. They don’t respond to phone calls or text messages. I’ve called multiple times, only to be sent to a full voicemail box. I’ve also tried texting to book a new patient appointment for my entire family, but I received a message about three days later informing me that they don’t participate in Delta Dental. As someone who works in a medical office, this is not business should be conducted or how patients should be treated.

Delta Dental’s website lists this provider as in-network, and the business itself includes Delta Dental on its website. I messaged back, expressing my interest in booking an appointment and my concerns about the insurance issue but I haven’t heard back yet. I would’ve still been interested in a new patient appointment but by the looks of the communication… I am no longer interested. You might get better communication with them when you leave a review! Fastest response… To make matters worse, the phone still doesn’t get answered, and the voicemail box is full. It’s impossible to get a hold of this office.

I was hoping to have a new provider, but it seems like they’re not in the business of accepting new clients. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t even bother to check my insurance benefits or offer any out-of-pocket services costs.
