My kids have been going to this dentist approximately since last four years, before the service was very good in one appointment the dentist was able to do all necessary things in one visit but since last 6 months completely changed especially a lady who looks like a doctor and she is very rude and poor customer service and even arguing in a very unpleasant, unprofessional and serious manner. I’m extremely disappointed with how this dental office handles even the most basic services. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and they found that one of her teeth needs root canal and crown.

In this appointment she done the root canal and gave another appointment for crown delivery when we came for this appointment ( for the crown delivery) and was done then the lady said you have to make another appointment for another tooth which needs to be filled, so I told her why you didn’t do it right now or why you didn’t do it in the previous visit? Then she started arguing with me which was very unprofessional, so why that much appointment for every single and simple thing appointment. How much free time someone should have to make appointments for every single and simple things It’s frustrating and feels like a waste of time and money when other offices can handle this in one visit. This kind of inefficiency and lack of consideration for patients’ time is unacceptable.

I won’t be going back.

I had a wonderful experience here at Aspen Hill family Denistry. I needed my wisdom teeth extracted and I'm not very good with dental procedures well. Here at Aspen I didn't feel a thing and the staff was as pleasant as the procedure. Thank you to everyone there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amed since 2003, and from the beginning I was pleased with Dr. Amed's expertise, professionalism and care. 99. 9 persent of the time. I love word games and he has peep over at my game, while preparing himself to begin my dental work and call at answer or a hint of a possibility. . He is difinitly an people,patient person, with a senseine lof humor at times.

Pretty much from my begining at Apen Hil, Largo I met two of Dr. Ameds team. First Miss Loida,; (Dr. Amed's, Assistant) and then, Miss Lee, months later in 2003. I still dont know her officual title to this day. I know she does billing, appointments, dental coverage and maybe more. I can't leave out Sayda, whom I met March of this year and worked with Loida on my delemia of the day. Dr.

Amed, is so blessed to have (what I see as A+ staff of team workers, that are well knowlegable, great professionalism, people person with and loving personality, . I am quite sure Dr. Amed, would agree they are his right hand team, with pride working hard to make a difference in unity for the peple being serve. No one is perfection, but unity using your God gifted talentl(s) your best gets it well. Thank you, Dr. Med and your team.

I had a marvelous experience at Aspen Hill Dental. The staff is friendly and I received excellent service. I was nervous about getting a root canal and the doctor and her assistant were very comforting. I didn't feel a thing. My husband and son are patients also. We love it there
