Dr. Lim is the best! He genuinely cares about his patients and their well being and patiently and clearly explains everything throughout the visit. His facility is also clean and high-tech. Finding a skilled, trustworthy dentist is not easy and I am willing to travel from NJ to come here. Thank you, Dr. Lim and SLim Dental!

The consolation with the periodontist was professional and went well. However, I must admit to being highly disappointed when it came to discovering, only at the end of my consultation, that this periodontist was not in my dental insurance plan and that I would 1. Have to pay close to $300 out of pocket for a 20 minute consultation that essentially already told me what two prior dental visits already confirmed and that even used prior x-rays from prior visits and 2. ) that the entirety of the proposed dental extraction and implant procedure would not be covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket nearly $10,000 when all is said and done.
I was profoundly displeased to not only learn this, but also to have this information only be provided at this late stage. At no time when I made this consultation appointment 2 weeks ago was this information disclosed to me. Nor was it disclosed to me in the intervening two weeks despite receiving several reminder messages from Slim Dental confirming the appointment, Had it been, i would have not felt blindsided and unprepared and I might have also considered alternative options or facilities. It felt as though this information was purposefully kept from me and, consequently, this experience has weakened my confidence in Slim Dental.
I now must weigh my options going forward, including whether to remain a patient of Slim Dental not only for this procedure, but going forward for all procedures. Which is unfortunate, considering I have been a loyal patient for over a decade.

Literally, the best dentist that I have ever been to. Not only professional and kind, but every time I have had to see someone during periods I didn’t live in New York, he has been there to fix problems when they have come up. Twice he has proposed less invasive solutions when others wanted to do root canals or unnecessary caps. He also uses more technology than I have seen in other offices.

I absolutely hate the dentist or any doctor for that matter but I really love Dr. Seonha Park. She’s so sweet and I tell her every time I see her how nervous I am and every visit she takes the time to make sure I am comfortable before and during any procedure.
She’s also got a very soothing voice that makes you feel peaceful. The dentist office also has an amazing view of Rockefeller Center and during Christmas time, the best view of the giant Christmas tree! I’ve had no bad experiences here, everyone from the front desk associates to the doctors have bad really great.
