This has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL office I have ever came across and for it to be a pediatric office disgusts me even more!!! I was charged some fees for my son because insurance did not cover. I was told it was “70 something” never told exactly how much… when I left the office I left with it being 70 something and came back to pay a week later with $100. When I walk in to my son’s appointment FRONT DESK is telling me $200. I explained that I was told it was “70 something” she couldn’t explain what the $200 was from.

When Dr Hemas’eh Naseh comes in the room telling me she didn’t know what I was confused about I explained. And she continued to go back and forth saying she explained what the fees were. If I had known they were going to charge me $275 for a band and a “nervous mask” I would have came back with the mentality and not being all confused about the $200 in the first place. She then tells me I need to sign a consent to start and pay the band ($75) when I go to the front desk to sign the “consent form” she was just waiting for me to pay the remaining balance of $75! Money hungry!!! At this point, I’m aggravated my son is just laying there waiting to start and this doctor keeps on and on and on… she then tells me when I addressed it was okay and I would just pay what needed to be paid it was just a whole misunderstanding.

She had the AUDACITY to say I wasted her time. No ma’am I did not! You and your staff did by giving false information that wasn’t explained and then try to cover it all up! She told me she didn’t feel right working on my son and that turned me completely off! After I took a day off work for this! They were supposed to make my son feel comfortable and instead he left that office traumatized saying “why she kept arguing with you?” And “are we not going to do it?” Even more nervous then how we walked in there the first place !!!! Don’t recommend this place to no one!!!!!! Don’t come here.

Hello Smile! Want to your child to only smile with Silver CAPS on and I am not talking a hat. If you don’t agree with their care plan they don’t offer an alternative treatment plan- they tell you straight up No Cap no service , No Care -No Care- No Cap don’t come in here. Y’all don’t waste your time take your kiddos elsewhere.
