Restorative Dentistry: Tooth-colored fillings, same-day crowns, dental bridges, dentures & partials, and Dental Implants (including implant-supported dentures and All-on-4®). They aim to restore damaged, decayed, or missing teeth to full strength and function. Cosmetic Dentistry: Lumineers®, Teeth Whitening (take-home trays), and dental bonding to enhance smiles and address aesthetic concerns. Sedation Dentistry: Recognizing that dental anxiety is common, they offer safe conscious sedation options, including Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) and IV sedation (administered by Dr. Roger Sepich who is licensed for in-office IV sedation), to ensure patient comfort during procedures. Emergency Dentistry: They provide care for dental emergencies, encouraging patients to contact them as soon as possible. The practice prides itself on combining advanced training and the latest technology with five-star amenities. They accept various insurance plans, including Delta Dental, United Concordia, The Guardian, UPMC Dental Advantage, and Advantage Plus, and also offer an in-house dental savings plan through Kleer® for budget-friendly and transparent care. Patient testimonials frequently highlight the compassionate and professional nature of the staff, the comfortable environment, and the positive outcomes, particularly regarding sedation dentistry for anxious patients.

Still waiting for my return call from dr Sepich going on 3 mths. Great relationship w dentist, if u can get past reception. Tracy at reception Is absolutely horrible. I’ve asked to speak directly w my own dentist and she gatekeeps and refuses to tell him I wanted to speak w him about my dental plan going forward. It take 2-3 mths to get an appt. We have shown up for two appts recently (took off work, school etc) for her to say she cxl the appt when we showed up. Our time is just as important. Or he didn’t have “time” bc they were so busy. I recently had a horrible tooth infection from dr filing too close to nerve. I was told to come in and I WOULD be seen bc it became infected and the antibiotics were not working. I did. And instead waited 30 min to be thrown Percocet’s and told he’s too busy to even check it out.

I had to call another dentist to fix it. (Didn’t change my dentist, just wanted it resolved asap bc of the pain and holidays) Tracy called me saying she assumes I left the practice bc the other dentist asked for X-rays and she cxled weeks worth of appts. I called to say please stop cxling them as it takes 2-3 months to even reserve an appt. She said she didn’t “hear me” say to stop cxling them. She does not listen on the phone at all. She cxled appts completely unrelated too. Just random. She will keep him busy, but I’m sure doesn’t let him know the issues. She prob didn’t even tell him to call me back bc she knows what would be said. She laughed at me when I asked if I could speak to my dentist. If he only knew what happens to his patients…dr Sepich if you see this, please give me a call. You were great, I’ve seen you for years.

Been trying to speak w you about my dental plan and now my experience w Tracy etc. but Tracy is having some issues and thinks keeping patients from their doctors is her call to make. Not sure how busy you can be to not be able to talk to a concerned patient for 10 min on the phone about their dental plan. I don’t think it’s you, but it’s concerning. I’ve never had issues w this practice until now. Nor do I complain, cause issues, I’m pretty even keeled. But this is just wrong and felt that it should be said. Looks like from the reviews, Tracy has been mentioned yet again poorly. Much appreciated.

I'm a scaredy cat, so I needed the sedation. I especially can't stand the drilling and scraping sounds! They had me out like a light and it was wonderful! I left with a healthy smile!
