After my experience with this office and specifically the office manager, I would never recommend this dental practice to anyone! The office manager is overbearing and inappropriate. The day of my oral surgery, the office manager demanded that my husband pay for each POSSIBLE procedure that could be done PRIOR to going back for surgery. She would not allow me back until it was paid up front. This was not due to prior unpayment issues, as my previous appointment was a cleaning which was fully covered by insurance. She made me wait in the waiting room while my husband paid, and then she proceeded to violate my HIPAA Rights.
She stuck her head out of the front desk window and in front of a crowded waiting room, yelled my name to ask me a question; and then said, "Nevermind, I can't ask you because you're on halcion (a pre-surgery medication), which is a complete violation of HIPAA. After the surgery, the manager refunded payment for the procedures not done. However, she failed to refund one of them, which was refunded later after reviewing the receipt closer at home. When I went to the office for my SCHEDULED post-op visit and stitch removal, the office was CLOSED! I never received a call prior to cancel the appointment or afteward to reschedule the appointment. So, I had to remove my stitches myself and never went back.
Also, if you go for a cleaning be prepared for the hygenist SALES WOMEN. They spend a lot of their time trying to sell you products, water picks etc. , which I am sure they are instructed to do by management. This office needs to review all their standard practices desperately.

Dr Christy is excellent! I had a crown done and she was wonderful. The older I get the more fear I have. Her bedside manner is above the rest, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. Thank you again!
