I was a new patient in Autumn of 2024. The dental work is comfortable and of superior quality. The layout or the floor plan and the size of exam rooms is about the best. I was comfortable there. Respectful, helpful staff. Neat and clean throughout. I noted that there are awards mounted on walls of waiting area displaying that this dentist has been awarded national and local superior quality or best doctor ratings.

I was able to get both a cleaning and dental work done in the same visit. Upon making the appointment, they were able to get me in the same week I called. I recommend this office. This dental office is not more than a block from a public transit bus stop. Parking is in front of office.

As a service technician covering SE PA I can say this office competes with the best. It is clean and organized with reliable equipment. The staff are very friendly, smart, and experienced.

Beware when you call this office because the secretary can be rude and she could give you incorrect information. She told me yesterday they took my insurance and Dr. Beak will be able to replace the bracket that was on holding my daughter’s teeth in place. I asked the secretary again if she was positive the office takes my insurance and I was reassured yet again that they do take my insurance. So I canceled my daughters orthodontist appointment since I was reassured that Dr. Beak could fix the issue. The next day, I get a text message from Katie explaining to me that the office does NOT take my insurance and she was sorry it was a misunderstanding.

I then asked her how much does an out of pocket visit cost because my daughters desperately needs this bracket on her teeth. I explained to her that I would have had the issue fixed yesterday, if she would have gave me the correct information. I was then given a price for the visit and I told Katie I could pay for the out of pocket visit. I was then told from Katie that Dr. Beak cannot fix or replace my daughters the even though Dr. Beak was the dentist that put the bracket on her teeth in the first place several years ago. Katie continued to tell me that Dr.

Beak wants to do 4 crowns on my daughters teeth instead of the bracket. I am very disappointed with the constant back and forth with Katie and the misinformation that I was told. It seems that they just want to go the very expensive route instead of trying to see if they could resolve the issue without going to extreme lengths. Unfortunately my daughter is the person who suffers from all this nonsense and it’s unfortunate that they don’t care about their previous patients.

Dr. Baek and his staff are amazing! For someone who has severe anxiety at the dentist, I was not expecting how GOOD this team would make me feel. In the face of tears at my first appointment they both went to work comforting me and offering levity to the situation. My second appointment went even better and my third the best yet.

I have another appointment in April and feel so good about going compared to where I started. I cannot thank Dr. Baek and his staff enough for completely turning my outlook on dentists around and easing so much of my anxiety at visits. If you're looking for a funny, efficient, compassionate dentist, look no further!
