Over the past few years, the service has significantly declined. They rarely have a hygienist available, and when they do, they don’t give you good cleaning. The turnover rate for hygienist and the front desk is alarmingly high. Additionally, I was charged for a service that my insurance covered, yet Smile Culture refuses to issue a refund. Months have passed, and both the regional manager, Sarah, and the billing department have been unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. This situation feels fraudulent.

I urge you to carefully review the bills sent by your insurance provider. If it indicates a patient responsibility of $0. 00 and Smile Culture has billed you in-office, contact them immediately for a refund or dispute the charge with your credit card company if they fail to respond. This is fraudulent behavior, and I am convinced they have been engaging in this practice for years with their customers. I DO NOT recommend this dental practice.

I had a bit of a dental emergency this week with a severe toothache. This office agreed to see me even though I was not a previous client. I was able to get a same-day appointment due to a cancellation and Dr. Low, Karen, and team were able to give me an examination as well as a procedure on the spot. Dr.

Low made me feel comfortable and kept me informed through the entire process which I truly appreciate. He even offered to stay past closing (on a Friday) in order to fit me with a permanent crown instead of a temp. Karen was a calming presence and I was happy to have her assisting during the procedure. After my initial experience here, I look forward to becoming a regular client. To the staff: Thank you so much for helping me on such short notice! I had been in pain for days and I truly appreciate what you did for me!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Low and his team. Everyone took such good care of me and was so kind. I am scared of the dentist, but the kind staff and doctor here made me relaxed and feel like I am in very good hands with people who truly care about helping people. I'm so grateful and happy to be on a pathway towards better dental health.

I appreciate the in house insurance and the financing options. I can't thank everyone enough or express my gratitude enough. This care will be life changing for me.
