This place has been great. The staff is very kind and understanding. The dentist comes in and is kind mindful to ask about you and not just your teeth. This was important for me especially with a small fear of dentist but I have all comfort and very happy with my teeth and the care and attention they have recieved.

Nasty, rude and poor customer service! I have been going to Dr. Russo for nearly 10 years. I get my teeth cleaned by Diana who is amazing but the office staff is very unprofessional. I made a last minute appointment to get my teeth cleaned yesterday evening for today at 2:30pm. I told them I could make this work and if not I’ll call to modify.
This morning I realized I wouldn’t be able to make the appointment and so I called and spoke to Jay as I normally do to change or modify my appointments. I informed her I couldn’t make it and would have to change or cancel my appointment and she immediately says we’re going to have to charge you $100 for cancelling “last minute”. Mind you this is the first time I’m hearing about this policy in 10 years and I called 5 hours before my appointment. I then asked her if this was a new policy and she says I signed for it, no this isn’t a new policy. As I mentioned, I have modified my appointments no problem in the past so I asked her why haven’t I been charged in the past? She said unfortunately there’s nothing I can do.
I then said all I want to do is change my appointment and she says well even if I change it, we still have to charge you $100. I said this doesn’t make sense, I’ve never been charged this in the past and the cancellation fee is almost the cost of the cleaning? She then says Derek I’m not going to argue with you and then I lost it. I’ve never been so disgusted with customer service in my life and for this experience they are losing a client they’ve had for approximately 10 years! There have been other poor experiences but this is the straw that broke the camels back!

This office by far has the best dentists that I have come across in over 20 years. Dr. Russo and Dr. Shulman are both excellent. Office staff is friendly and they have really good dental hygienists as well. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but I actually look forward to my appointments now and taking better care of my dental health.
