I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Greco’s office regarding appointment scheduling. I had an appointment that had been scheduled for months, but then received a call asking to reschedule — which I understood and accommodated. However, shortly after, I received a second call canceling and rescheduling that same appointment again. After I voiced my concerns and emailed the office about possibly switching dentists, they reinstated my original appointment.
That said, the dental care I have received over the past few years has been excellent, both in terms of clinical quality and in-office patient satisfaction. For that reason, I am still giving a high rating — deducting one star only due to the scheduling issues. Otherwise, the care itself has consistently been worthy of five stars.

Dr. Kim is fantastic! Professional, gentle, and thorough—he made the entire experience stress-free. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dental care!

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Greco and the entire team! I brought in both of my daughters—my 4-year-old and my 13-year-old—and I was so impressed by how welcoming, patient, and gentle everyone was from the moment we walked in. My youngest was a little nervous, but the staff made her feel right at home with kind words and a playful, friendly approach. They explained everything in a way she could understand, and she actually left the office smiling and excited to come back! For my teenager, they were equally thoughtful—respecting her growing independence while still making sure I was informed and involved.
The hygienist was great at explaining every step and giving her tips she could use on her own. The office was spotless, modern, and super kid-friendly. I really appreciated how the team treated us with care and professionalism. We’re so glad we found this practice—highly recommended for families! I have also been a patient for many years and have Dr.
Greco to thank for fixing my smile 😃.

I called with an issue that wasn’t an emergency but nevertheless was very uncomfortable for me. The practice was extremely responsive and found a dentist who would see me quickly. The problem was taken care of with expertise by Dr Greco. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff at Essex Dental. EH Tierney
