They’re upfront about costs, work smoothly with insurance, and remember little details, like my preference for mint-free toothpaste. I went in for an appointment today. Im 36 years old and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. From the time I walked through the door until the time I walked out, I felt sincere satisfaction. If Ruffner Family Denistry isn't your place, make it you're place. Hands down 10 stars.

Dr. Phil Ruffner is and always will be my dentist. Believe it or not, I actually drive 3 hours to see Dr. Ruffner. Think that’s crazy? Yes, maybe so, but I am a practicing dentist myself, and I know the value of quality long-lasting dentistry. Every dentist needs a dentist. Very thankful that Dr. Ruffner is mine!

Been going to Dr. Ruffner for several years now, and he is compassionate with my anxiety issues with visiting the dentist. Have to say he is is the best , along with his staff…to the hygienists , to the front office. I still don’t like going to the dentist….but they make it about the most comfortable experience.
