I had an appointment booked at 10 today for an emergency extraction. I text them at the beginning of my one hour drive to tell them I was running ten minutes late to make sure they could still take me. They text back "thanks for letting us know!" When I got there it was 10:08am. It took me a few minutes to grab my bag and stuff and walk in. When I walked in it took five minutes for the secretary to call me. When she did they said they can't work on me today. I told them I drove an hour and they said they'd take me and had they said they wouldn't I wouldn't have drove all that way.
They basically said too bad we aren't taking you today. I'm a single mom and my income is $658. I just wasted all that gas and my tooth still hurts. Booking somewhere else. They don't care how much pain your in and won't honor your bookings. Don't go here!

Luray Family Dental may call themselves a dentist office, but today they were my SUPER HEROES! We are staying at our cabin in Luray for June and July. We moved to Florida three years ago so we don’t have a dentist in the area. Today (Friday afternoon) I noticed a jagged tooth after eating some toffee, and I thought for sure I had broken a piece of it.
It was on the inside of my mouth, so I couldn’t really see it. I googled dentists in Luray and Luray Family Dental had lots of positive reviews. I called the office and explained my situation.
They were able to fit me in! I couldn’t believe they were able to see me right away! When I got there, they took me back right away. They took X-rays, and determined it wasn’t a broken tooth, but a filling that had fallen out. Not only that, but they were able to fill it!! I was in the office, filled out paperwork, had X-rays taken and a filling to repair my tooth with NO PAIN and was out of there in less than an hour! Yep, I definitely think they must wear capes!

I haven’t even had my visit yet but I want to give 5 stars already for how kind and accommodating the staff was today on the phone! Very rarely do you talk to staff at any kind of medial office that are happy and willing to work with you. Looking forward to my appointment!

Very accommodating to our needs. My children were very comfortable here. They stay on top of rescheduling and reaching out to inform of sooner openings. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. Friendly inviting staff.
Dr Anna is very nice and Brittany who cleaned all of my children's teeth was amazing. . very kind with a great since of humor which me and my children really enjoyed. I definitely recommend.
