Tried paying a bill for 4 months. Wouldn't answer my calls then sent me to collections. Last time I called said they couldn't access their front desk due to construction and would call me back. Never received any phone calls. Left messages and said had a call service but no one ever picked up and online pay wouldn't work. Left 3 more messages and never got a call back. I went here all the time and hate dentists.
I love it here and due to them not taking accountability and not returning calls to pay them they said it was my fault when I took all steps possible to pay the bill and now have to deal with collection agency. This suxs in more ways than one and now I feel like this is going to be a repeat if I go back with constant run around. If their are issues with the call center bc I never once got directed there on any of the calls I made only to leave a message and never receiving a call back to some I was trying to do and being called a liar saying I never called to. do it. I am so upset right now after going there for over a decade. Someone didn't do what they said and now I have to get out of collections because no one followed up to take a payment. Saying I never called to do it when I did it 4 times with no response.
When I called to pay and ask why they didn't answer my call until I called from another number and they answered. I don't want to deal with this ordeal again and hate I have to find another dentist because of this. Hopefully you find people accountable for not following up with patience to. pay so you don't lose another patient.

I visited them for a few years and honestly the staff were all super friendly. The problem was, they claimed I had periodontal disease and of course nothing is covered so I was paying hundreds out of pocket and they were very pushy about getting me to pay. I decided to switch dentists and visited a well known family practice that has been in business for decades here in town.
They did NOT indicate periodontal disease and said my teeth and gums are very healthy and I do regular cleanings with them and have yet to pay out of pocket there. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist

We have enjoyed going here for close to three years now. Every staff member including front desk, dental hygienists and Dr. Barnabas are so friendly and very thorough. I feel confident in their knowledge and our dental care with them. Highly recommend!
